Wayne Ross
PRINCIPAL
Wayne has been a solo real-estate investor for over 15 years encompassing a wide range of projects including single-family flips, buy-and-hold rentals as well as multifamily apartments. Wayne’s passion is finding distressed and underperforming properties and transforming them into thriving communities and profitable assets for his investors. Wayne’s approach is rooted in a unique blend of corporate discipline and entrepreneurial vision, honed during his successful career as a Sales Manager in the medical device industry. Wayne is highly valued for his ability to build trusting relationships and successfully navigate challenging negotiations. Skills which have been sharpened through years of working with C-suite level professionals. He is committed to transparency and delivering exceptional value, making him a trusted partner for both investors and partners.Wayne resides in Utah and is dedicated to his family and an active outdoor lifestyle. He has been married to his best friend, Allie, for 25 years, and is a proud father to three grown daughters. To maintain the discipline and focus he brings to his business, Wayne enjoys the challenge of competing in triathlons, as well as skiing, cycling, and fishing.

Eric Nelson
PARTNER
Eric Nelson is the Founding Principal of Wild Oak Capital. He has been investing in real estate for over ten years. Eric and the Wild Oak team provide investment opportunities through multifamily syndication.
As a co-owner of a civil engineering firm, Eric’s range of skills suits the field of syndication and real estate on both the technical level and client relations side. Eric is also the host of The Real Estate Mindset podcast, where he discusses with industry leaders what it takes to be a successful investor based on continuous personal and professional growth. He credits his success in real estate to his work with mentors and coaches, as well as a “pay it forward” mindset.
